Fur is In at NYFW

This year at fashion week, fur is the number one trend on the street style scene because it is just so dang cold in New York. I'm supposed to head to the Bahamas tomorrow but it looks like another polar vortex is heading our way (fingers crossed I get out!). There was big fur and colorful fur and, I'm not gonna lie, if I don't get out of the city, I may just dive into a big pile of fur myself. Only kidding (sorta...) P.S. sorry PETA...

Favorite NYFW Street Style Looks

I absolutely loveeee New York Fashion Week. Not only is it amazing to see all of the great runway looks but it produces some of the best street style looks of the year. Bloggers, designers, celebrities and fashion designers alike hit the pavement in their best. This year I've noticed lots of full midi skirts, dramatic proportions, prints and brights. There was also a lot of dressing down this year in jeans and tees. I'm also a very happy girl that cool kids like Alexander Wang and Philip Lim decided to use pastels in their shows (my fave!). Below are a few of my favorite looks so far.
