Spring Beauty Product Favorites

I love switching up my beauty routine and adding new favorites into the mix. As I approach 30, I've been paying special attention to my skin. Below are some products I've tried and love. Don't forget sunscreen!

Natural Products Hit List

After making a conscious effort to change my diet to one that is more natural, I decided I should transition all of my products to natural ones and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. There were a few products that didn't make the cut (a few natural deodorants that didn't seem to do anything) and skin care products that weren't quite right, but I've finally settled on some favorites. My three favorite resources are Follain, Beauty Counter and The Detox Market. I actually have a Detox Market retail location on my street so I mosey in and try everything just about every other weekend. If you guys have any favorites let me know in the comments below - I love to try new beauty products : )

Deodorant
I started with Schmidt's Bergamot & Lime Deodorant but, while it smelled amazing, it didn't quite keep me smelling amazing and wasn't much of an antiperspirant either. I tried Piper Wai charcoal activated deodorant next and it definitely does the trick. It's a little weird putting it on with your hands but you get used to it.

Toothpaste
David's premium natural toothpaste (Runner Up: Tom's of Maine). You don't really think about toothpaste in this category but may as well go big or go home.

Serum
Vitner's Daughter Active Botanical Serum is my choice in this category. Check out the amazing reviews on their website. No need for lotion after this potent baby is put on, which I love.

Face Lotion
Beauty Counter Rejuvenating Day Cream is one of the first Beauty Counter products I tried and I love it. It's so light and has a really nice consistency but packs a great moisturizing punch. It also looks great under makeup. (Runner Up: Tammy Fender Antioxidant Creme). I am also really excited to try Beauty Counter's Countermatch Adaptive Moisture Lotion that has gotten amazing reviews and sold out a few times.

Cleanser
I used the face wash recommendation that Follain assigned to me after I took the skin quiz and so far so good with India Lee Brightening Cleanser. I may transition to Elizabeth Dehn Vitamin B Enzyme Cleansing Oil in the winter so I don't dry out my skin too much.

Makeup Remover
This one is tough because everyone knows I love my Clinique eye makeup remover but SW Basics Makeup Remover removed makeup well. I've also tried and like MV Organic Skincare Pure Jojoba Oil.

Sunscreen
Don't forget to cover up! Most of my tinted moisturizers and face lotions have SPF but I got Suntegrity spa 50 body sunscreen for body and I also got their face version.

Face Wipes
I love Ursa Major Essential Face Wipes because they get rid of makeup, travel well and really make you feel fresh. Sort of a different category because they are more of a toner pad than a face wipe but I love Arcona's toner pads.

Foundation/Tinted Moisturizer
Beauty Counter Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer or Tint Skin Foundation both work as well as my non-all-natural ones.

Concealer
My favorite concealer (natural or not) is Beauty Counter Touchup Skin Pen.

Hair
This has probably been the toughest category to transition but some early favorites are from Rahua (shampoo, conditioner, elixir and finishing treatment) and Sachajuan (Shine Serum).

Body
I love the smell of Bergamot, so this one was a no brainer. Anyone have a great natural body lotion that they love?? I'm looking for a good one for my super dry skin.

Beauty Must-Haves

January is a good time to reassess your beauty routine and come to turns with which products you can't live without and which need to go in the trash because you haven't used them in 9 months. It feels really good to do a January purge so that's exactly what I'm going to do (more space in the cabinet for you, Tory!). Below are the products I can't live without and are staples in my routine.

Hair:

  • I use Shu Uemura cleansing oil shampoo and it has changed my hair for the better. I have a super dry scalp but it does get greasy with some traditional shampoos. This took all of the grease out and leaves my scalp nourished and not stripped. It's gentle on color-treated hair too.
  • Oribe makes some great conditioners but my favorite has to be the conditioner for brilliance and shine. It's light and makes my hair super shiny.
  • Before I blow dry, I put a dab of Loreal Professional Mythic Oil Creme Universal. I discovered this at my hair salon and it's got a great smell and really helps protect my hair from the heat. So much so that I don't always have to run the straightener through my hair after blowdrying because it helps calm my tresses.
  • I'm obsessed with my Harry Josh blow dryer. It dries my hair in half the time.
Skin:

  • Cetaphil baby! This drugstore cult favorite does the trick so there is no need for a fancy face wash (although I've tried many...). It doesn't dry my skin and it gets all of my makeup off.
  • For when my face is feeling really dry and in need of extra love or cleansing, I use Eve Lom cleanser, which is actually more like a thick lotion potion that you wash off. It leaves your skin feeling super moisturized. If you have really dry skin, I recommend this cleanser.
  • When I need a little extra clean, I use Arcona's toner pads. They leave my skin feeling slightly tingling. I love to use these right after a workout or to make sure that absolutely every bit of makeup is off my face. They're all natural and don't irritate you skin like some drugstore toner pads. Absolutely love these.
  • I have been using Clinique's eye makeup remover since I started wearing makeup (as does my mom and sisters) and I can't imagine ever switching. I hate the feel of traditional oil based eye makeup removers and this one really works.
  • Before putting on my moisturizer, I use Eve Lom's White Advanced Brightening Serum. I often switch around my serum's but I really like this one.
  • Young women sometimes forgo eye cream but I am all about it. Caudalie's Premier Cru eye cream is great. I do like to switch these around every once in a while, but this one is a keeper.
  • While expensive, Revive's moisturizing renewal cream supreme is pretty fab, especially for people with dry skin. I use this as a night cream before I go to bed. It's a little heavy for daytime wear.
  • For daytime, I love Beauty Counter's Rejuvenating Day Cream. It's super light and looks and feels great under tinted moisturizer or foundation. It's an awesome consistency.
  • After I go through my cleanse and moisture routine, I like to spritz with Beauty Counter's Nourishing Rosewater Mist. It just feels great on the skin and helps set your makeup.
  • For when I want to get rid of the top layer of dead skin, I use Arcona's Gentle Solution Treatment. After you wash your face, you apply this in a thin layer and then leave it on while you sleep. In the morning, use the Arcona Grain Grommage Scrub to get the dead skin off. It makes my skin feel AMAZING so I do this about once a week. It's gentle enough for my sensitive skin and natural and lacking those harsh chemicals in a lot of traditional peels.

Makeup:

  • Most weekdays I don't wear makeup (on weekends I am an eye shadow monster!) but when I do, it's a quick routine. I start with Bare Minerals complexion rescue tinted moisturizer. It has just the right amount of no makeup makeup and has SPF.
  • For those undereye bags, I like Beauty Counter's touchup concealing pen. It's all natural and has great coverage.
  • Speaking of Bare Minerals, they also have a killer bronzer. Just a dusting will do.
  • I have always switched around mascara's but this Trish McEvoy one is here to stay in my makeup bag. It coils around your lashes and there is no residue under your eyes ever. The smaller, thinner brush allows your to really get every last lash too. I LOVE this mascara.
  • Top it off with my favorite aquaphor and I am out the door. Anyone with dry skin/lips should hoard this in their purse.

Body:

  • I recently bought Sachajuan Ginger Flower body wash because, quite frankly, I like the look of the bottle/color, but I actually really like the smell and how it leaves my skin feeling.
  • I love everything from Kayo Better Body Care, especially the body beautiful creme. They have been touted as a natural body line that has potent and concentrated ingredients usually reserved for face creams and serums.
Any products you guys love that you think I should try?? Let me know!

Holiday Beauty Picks

Okay, so the Trish McEvoy mascara below is the best I've ever used. It comes off easily when you wash your face but does not leave residue under your eyes if you leave a little on from the night before. Its wand allows you to really get every lash. It's a new must-have for me. I've also been loving Eve Lom skincare for all of my skincare needs. My skin has never felt better. I'm very into eyeshadows in the red, mulberry, plum family right now and the Nars ones below are super pigmented and perfect for holiday parties. I hear the Dyson supersonic hair dryer is pretty incredible too. I love my Harry Josh one but if you need a new one, this one's got great reviews. I've posted about the Artis Brushes before and I particularly like the one I use to apply foundation or tinted moisturizer. What are your favorite products this season?

New Skincare Line: Kayo Better Body Care

I love getting new skincare products. I especially love getting new skincare products if they fill a purpose in my medicine cabinet that no other products do. Enter Kayo Better Body Care. Many of you know that I struggle with KP and it's gotten pretty bad in the dry LA weather. I'm always looking for a great body lotion/scrub/solution and I ran across a great article on Well + Good that spoke about Kayo. They claim to make "face grade body care." Think LA Mer face lotion for your face but at a more reasonable price (not that reasonable but not La Mer prices).

The line features 5 products including the body beautiful creme, the concentrated slimming serum, the daily remodeling serum (which happens to be sold out - damnit), the daily vitamin boost and the cellular repair evening oil. Naturally I needed them all... for research... I haven't received my package yet but if the claims to be face grade body care are accurate, I am hoping to have some glowing limbs in no time.

The company, based in Malibu, says, "Your skin is your largest organ and keeping it healthy is vital for complete health, beauty and wellness. We believe that all skin is created equal and the skin on your body is just as important as the skin on your face. Kayo developed Face Grade Body Care® , a combination of clinically proven active ingredients and precious natural plant extracts and oils, pure enough for your face, yet specifically formulated for your body. Kayo’s products are free of Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates, Petrolatum, Synthetic Color, PEGs, TEA, DEA, GMO’s and Mineral Oil. Always Vegan. Never tested on animals. Made in the U.S.A. Born and raised in Malibu, California."

They share a lab in SoCal with another natural skin care brand and can effectively cut out the middle man to make prices more palatable. Kayo's whole schtick is that if you are living a healthy lifestyle with food and exercise, wearing sunscreen and taking care of your face, why not treat the skin on your body the same way?

So there you have it. Will you be checking out Kayo? I'll check back in with my results! You can buy on their website here.

Spring Skin Care

I'm on a major health kick. This includes (but not limited to): no drinking, paleo, lots of fruits and veg, working out with a trainer 3x week, sweat lounge, yoga, etc. We'll see how long this one lasts... but I am taking advantage while I can. Whenever I get on a good health kick, I start to get in a good skin routine. Yesterday, I got a free mini facial at Blue Mercury and my skin was glowing! Below are a few things they used that I loved and will be purchasing ASAP. Similar to my purse purchasing issues, I also hoard makeup and skin care products but I love trying new things to see what works! Have any favorites that I need to try? Let me know in the comments!

Blue Mercury's in-house skin care line, M61, is great. It's natural and not as expensive as skin ceuticals and others but has high concentrations of natural ingredients. My favorites from my mini facial were the Power Glow Peel Glycolic Pads, Hydra-Boost Eye Serum and the Powerblast Glycolic Foaming Facial Mask. My skin hasn't looked this good in months.

I also love Blue Mercury's in-house makeup line, Lune + Aster. Try the amazing CC cream and apply using the By Terry precise foundation brush. Top it off with the bronzer/highlighting combo.

For an awesome moisturizer, they gave me a sample of a ReVive deep moisturizer that I just bought a big jar of. I put it on after washing my face last night and woke up with baby soft skin.

I've spoken on here about the fact that I have really bad KP (Keratosis Pilarsis), which are the little red bumps on arms, legs, etc. and I am constantly searching for a solution. Someone recommended I try a body lotion with a high dose of glycolic acid. I recently ordered BeautyRx by Dr. Schultz Daily Exfoliating Body Therapy Lotion, which has 10% glycolic acid and I'm excited to see if it helps at all.

Cleansing waters and essences are all the rage right now. This one by Caudalie has good reviews and I got this Darphin Paris one that according to the site is a "unique all-in-one, no-rinse cleanser for face, eyes and lips, gently removes make-up and impurities with an ultra-gentle formula. Skin is left fresh, soft and supple."

As for treatments, Skin Laundry on Montana Avenue (multiple other locations across the country) has ten minute laser facials that make such a difference. $150 for a pack of 3 and you walk out of there feeling dewy and fresh. According to their site, short term results include vaporizing dirt and removing bacteria, improving dullness and unevenness and tightening and brightening of skin. Long term results include reduction of sun damage, reduction of redness and fine line, reduction of acne and acne scarring and stimulation of collagen amongst other benefits. Try their Nourishing Cleansing Oil too especially if you have dry skin or combination skin. Washes away dirt and makeup but is hydrating.

For makeup, just picked up this coppery colored Nars shadow pencil in Skorplos and this too faced eye shadow palette has five stars on Sephora and is calling my name...

Has anyone tried out R+Co's hair products or Oribe's Gold Lust hair oil? I may test those out next!

Fall Beauty Must-Haves

My sister (roommate) is going to read this post and be concerned because my beauty products already take up our whole bathroom and there is no room to spare. That being said, I think it's important to try different products until you find ones you re-order over and over again - I will never be without my Clinique eye makeup remover! I also think that the different seasons call for different products to keep you looking your best. For example, I have notoriously dry and chapped lips and need to up my lip balm game in the winter. I'm excited to try RMS beauty's coconut cream and Korres new Advanced Therapy Sugar Lip Balm (I love their other lip balms, as well).

For hair, I recently got my haircut at Salon Benjamin in West Hollywood and loved all of the products they used. I am particularly excited to try out the R+Co cleansing conditioner, which got amazing reviews on Birchbox, as well as a bunch of the other R+Co products. They have great packaging! Speaking of great packaging, how beautiful is the Philip Kingsley pre-shampoo elasticizer treatment?? I have a mini version of the gold Aerin brush and it really adds a little glam pop to my vanity and works as well as the Mason Pearson version.

For makeup, I am obsessed with the Naked Smokey Palette, a MUST-HAVE for beauty/eye-shadow junkies and I love the violet hues of the Laura Mercier one below. I also want to try out a bold lip this fall and the rich hue of the Nars lipstick below may just fit the bill.

For skin, it's all about moisture. I have heard amazing things about the Skin Inc. line and plan on trying out the custom blend kit. My youngest sister loves the deep moisture that Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration lotion provides and it's a great addition for the dry winter months.

What are you must-try's for Fall? Do let me know!

CB Weekly Favorites

A couple of things I have my eye on this week - that Madewell jean vest is wonderful, the Chloe chunky heels with scallops and rivets are A+ and Tory and I are thinking of getting that great buffalo print to put above credenza. The Asos romper, I just got for Coachella and I'm loving Warby Parker's sunglasses this season. Off to Coachella this weekend - follow @metropolitan_musings on instagram to get updates!

Favorite Products This Spring

Spring has sprung and so my seasonal beauty regimen update has begun! Below are my favorites of the moment.

1. Cover FX Contour Kit - Still trying to figure out how to Contour like a Kardashian but I think this palette will get me pretty close. I got the light/medium for pink undertones. The brush that is recommended for it is awesome, as well.

2. Arcona Cranberry Toner Cleansing Pads - These are my, new can't live without, post-cleansing essentials. After I wash my face at night, I use these to make sure ever spec of makeup is off. They have a clean/tingly feeling and I love to use them mid day when I'm feeling oily or in need of a refresh. Arcona is an all-natural company too, which is great.

3. Mason Pearson Mixed Bristle Brush - After my brother stole my first one, it was time to get another.

4. Bare Minerals Ready Eyeshadow 4.0 - I love Bare Minerals and their shadow are always beautifully pigmented. Loving this one for spring.

5. Bumble and Bumble Sunday Shampoo - This shampoo is recommended for a once a week deep-clean and it works wonders. Your hair feels completely clean and I love how well it lathers. It gets out all of the residue and is a detox for your hair.

6. Bare Minerals Well Rested Cooling CC Eye Primer - Goes on cool to the touch and is exactly what you need in the morning on your under eyes. Decent coverage, as well.

7. Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight - I love the texture of Nars lip glosses because they don't dry out your lips and they don't feel too sticky. This color is light and bright and my favorite for spring.

8 and 9. Bare Minerals bareSkin® Pure Brightening Serum Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20 - This is the first foundation I've found that I actually like. I can't stress enough how important it is to find the right shade because my first go around was terrible. I got a shade that was far too light and it made me look like a clown. I love that it gives you full coverage but you know you're not murdering your skin because it's Bare Minerals. The brush is a must.

10. Smashbox LA Lights Blendable Lip and Cheek Color in Silver Lake Sunset - Haven't tried this yet but love the color and the idea.

11. Oribe Gold Lust Transformative Hair Mask - Take your hair from drab to fab and deeply nourish it - adds a boost in strength and shine.

12 and 13. Arcona Gentle Solution PM Repair - Twice a week a wash my face and the slather this gel on and go to bed. This solution repairs sun damage and resurfaces dry and sensitive skin. You can feel the tingling when it goes on and it's a deep exfoliator - my skin literally glows the next day after I scrub it off with the Arcona Golden Grain Gommage.

14. Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Hydrating Cream Gel - This light hydrating gel has become my daily go-to. It gives you a slight glow and keeps you covered with SPF.

New Year, New Products

Is there anything better than new products? Every year I always plan some sort of big health overall (this year I'm doing whole 30 - no drinking, gluten, dairy, processed foods, etc.) and I love getting new makeup and products.

This year, I'm going with this great YSL lipstick that apparently sold out all over Asia after it appeared on a Korean soap opera (no. 52 in rosy coral). You can never have too many mascaras and I hear this Lancome one is great. I'm going for a fun blue color with this new nail color and I've been meaning to try this perfect legs skin lotion. Supermodels rave about the Charlotte Tilbury "Gisele" lotion so it must be good. The Benefit "High Brow" stick apparently opens your eyes  and makes your brows look clean. The dry brush is supposed to increase circulation and Miranda Kerr swears by it. Any products you guys are looking forward to trying? Would love to hear about them!

Makeup Bag Update: Favorite Lip Colors

The Bobbi Brown lip gloss, Tarte lipstick in watermelon and Nars lipstick in catfight (a beautiful nude/pink color) have been my go-to's this holiday season. The Tarte lipstick is the perfect watermelon/red for those of us with pink/cool undertones and the Nars catfight lipstick is quickly becoming a staple. What are your favorites?? Any must-haves I should know about?

Natural Beauty: Beautycounter

I've been slowly transitioning all of my products, especially my skincare products, to natural products and I recently came across a brand that I have dumped all of the other natural and non-natural products for. I was introduced to Beautycounter when the products were featured on jcrew.com and I placed a big order on their website for serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, concealer, shampoo and conditioner. I loved all of my products so much that I went back and ordered a lot more from the site. I cannot recommend Beautycounter enough especially if you are looking to transition to all-natural products without compromising quality. Plus, the bottles look great on my counter! Below are my favorite picks.

Fall Nails 2014

The leaves won't be changing here in LA but that doesn't mean my nails won't be. I love the idea of comfy sweater and fresh fall nail colors. Below are a few I'm going to be trying this year.

New Beauty Loot

Every season I get some fresh products and makeup - not because I need to - I am just such a product junkie. Below are my latest beauty obsessions. P.S. is anyone as obsessed with eyeshadow palettes as I am?? It's a problem! The gals at Sephora look at me funny when they see how many points I have...

ONE // Tracie Martyn enzyme exfoliant is gentle but gets the job done. Your skin feels like you got a facial after.

TWO // I love coral and fuchsia lips for spring and summer. I don't have Tom Ford's lipstick in "summer fling" just yet but it will be mine! How gorgeous is that color and the casing is pretty enough to show off. I also love "frolic."

THREE // If you know me, you know that I don't own blush. I love my new Nars palette that comes with Orgasm blush, Laguna bronzer and a highlighter. I'm trying to learn how to contour so this is my new best friend. It's also the perfect compact size to throw in your purse.

FOUR // If you're like me, your face is not any one "type" of skin type. I would classify my skin as combination, it's dry on my cheeks and oily on my t-zones and I'm prone to clogged pores on my nose. This Boscia kit is awesome. It comes with 4 different masks designed to mix and match with instructions and a brush to put them on. I can't wait to try this

FIVE // Laura Mercier kohl eye pencil in stormy grey is my favorite eye liner. It is the perfect color and it's really creamy and easy to apply.

SIX // Stila is a hidden gem for eye shadows. Theirs are super pigmented and come in great colors. I had my eye on this palette for a few months and finally bit the bullet. If you have brown eyes, you need this. It has perfect neutrals and purples and browns to make your eyes pop. Obsessed.

SEVEN // I recently got a facial with the wonderful Cecilia Wong of Cecilia Wong Skincare and my skin was glowing. She recommended her toner, that has probiotics, for the oil bumps that have been forming on my forehead because of working out. You can spritz as you go and it kills bacteria, effectively not allowing acne to form. It smells great too and is all natural. You can buy it here.

I'm Back!

Hi everyone! I apologize for the sporadic posting and promise that I'm back for good now. Vacation is officially over. Because I haven't posted in a while, I figured I'd do a kind of hodge podge post of things that are interesting me right now. I would love to hear your comments and hear about what you guys would enjoy reading about. Let me know - it's always helpful to get feedback from my lovely and loyal readers!

On the shopping front...

+My roommate, Morgan, recently purchased these adorable Vince wedges that I may need to pick up, as well... Told you guys mules are in - I've seen them everywhere! These will literally go with everything this spring and summer.

+Hoping to try out the matching skirt and crop top combo trend this spring and I think this BB Dakota outfit might be the perfect one for me. It would also look really good with my new Vince wedges I will have to get...

+My good friend, Cristine, has the cutest clothes and always looks amazing and she says she is constantly shopping at Aritizia. She was almost offended when I told her that I had never heard of the store. Originally opened as a single boutique in Vancouver, Aritizia has expanded to include two huge NYC stores (one in Soho and one in midtown). I went today and I had to leave before my credit card melted. NYC friends, check it out.

+Be honest, do I need this baby blue Celine perfection?!

On the beauty front...

+A friend asked me to recommend a self tanner and I realized I hadn't recommended my all-time favorite self-tanner to you guys! Xen tan is the absolute, number one, hands down best. It comes out more of a brown/green color instead of the orange that most self tanners do and it isn't streaky, doesn't get on clothes and sheets and doesn't smell like self tanner (aka bad). For my face, I like Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Glow Pads. They exfoliate and give a great color.

+I purchased Living Proof's Perfect Hair Day shampoo at Sephora the other day and I'm not going to say my hair looked good for five days because that would insinuate I didn't wash my hair for said amount but let's just say it's the best shampoo I've used in a while. By far. Would Jennifer Aniston invest in a company that didn't promise your best hair?? I think not.

+I recently did a Spring Nails post that was a big hit and wanted to add one more color that is fantastic. I am usually an Essie girl but when I was in North Carolina for the week, the nail salon only had OPI. I tried "Kiss Me on My Tulips" and fell in love. I don't usually go for hot pinks but this color is fun and perfect for spring. What colors are you guys wearing?

On the health front...

+If you're really into spinning, check out these new Peloton bikes. May be worth investing in one. Truth be told, I'm desperate to get one...

+Do you guys read WellandGoodNYC? You should.

+I stumbled upon this article on Mail Online (my all time favorite site) that talks about a bracelet that is being developed that can automatically track calories you consume. Sounds a bit too good to be true but if it's not it will be an unbelievable dieting tool. Oh, that pasta I want is 1000 calories a bite? I may have a little less than originally planned!

I promise posts will be back to normal from now on (a post every week day) and I hope you're ready for a few OOTD's (outfit of the day) coming up.

Happy Tuesday!

Natural Skin Care

Don't new skin care products make you so excited?? This year I'm dedicated to using more organic and natural products so that I can feel good about everything I'm putting on my skin. If I'm going to worry about what chemicals I put in my body, (2014 I am dedicated to being more health conscious!), I should also pay attention to what chemicals I put on my sensitive skin. A couple of my favorite natural brands include Tammy Fender, Tracie Martyn and Tata Harper. Do you use natural/organic products? Below are some that I've either personally tried and loved or have heard great things about.

Farmaesthetics
Favorite Product: Facial to Go Kit

Dr. Haushka
Favorite Product:  Soothing Mask MI

Tammy Fender* (My favorite natural brand)
Favorite Product: Tie between Intensive Repair Balm (some people think it's better than La Mer) and the Sensitive Skin Travel Kit (so you can try out six products)

Tracie Martyn
Favorite Product: Enzyme Exfoliant (gentle yet effective - love love this exfoliant)

Tata Harper
Favorite Product: Rejuvenating Serum (makes skin so soft)

Korres
Favorite Product: Tie between Greek Yoghurt Advanced Nourishing Sleeping Facial and the Quince Lip Butter (one of my all time faves)

Caudalie
Favorite Product: Premier Cru Eye Cream (makes you look like you've had 12 hours of sleep)

Modern Muse: Aerin Lauder

If you ask me who I want to be when I grow up I may, without hesitation, say Aerin Lauder. She does it all. From her booming businesses in fragrance to home decor to makeup to dressing impeccably, Lauder (grandaughter of beauty maven Estee Lauder) is a force. Did I mention besides having her multiple Aerin lines that she is the style and image director for the Estée Lauder Companies? She exudes classic, timeless, All-American style in all of her endeavors and is the epitome of chic. She is at the top of her game - I die when I see pictures of her abodes and adore her new line of perfumes. I could go one and on and on... Check out her website to see just how fab she is (http://www.aerin.com/
