Bamboo Shades

I've been loving the look of bamboo shades and last night when I told my mom that we should consider putting them in one of the new John Street cottages, she reminded me that she was way ahead of the trend and had them in our first house in New York (go mom!). They add a youthful element to a room and are almost beachy without being too much for a house that experiences seasons. Check a few of my favorite versions below.
