I've been dying for an Hermes belt for the last few years and I'm thinking that I may pull the trigger and get one for my birthday in September. My roommate, Morgan, has one that is taupe/grayish on one side and black on the other and it is adorable. I also love the brown leather. Which would you get? They look so cute with a dress or with white pants or jean shorts or pretty much anything. I'm thinking gold buckle.

What I Wore to Work: Part 1
I love to shop. No, really, I am addiction status. I scour the web every morning for deals, steals and new looks (don't tell anyone at work). I think I would have a full-fledged breakdown if someone deleted my shopbop hearts (God forbid!). I would classify my style as classic, casual and a bit preppy. My closet features lots of stripes and jeans and oversized cashmere sweaters. So when I needed to get a bit more business and a little less casual, I sort of had to change my whole thinking behind shopping. Now, when I'm looking at a top, I think "can I wear this to work?"
Transitioning my wardrobe from college to post-college wouldn't have been tough if I could just afford everything from Theory and Elie Tahari. Sadly, I cannot. There isn't a lot out there in the blogworld about affordable, cute workwear so I thought I'd share some of my outfits for some office inspiration. More to come!
belt: Robert Rodriguez, charms: Helen Ficalora, dress: Rachel Zoe, shoes: Steve Madden
Every working girl (any girl for that matter) should have a pair of nude pumps. Find a pair that is similar to your skin tone and it will make your legs look longer and leaner. I'm also a big believer in belts sprucing up every outfit. The belt above is one of my go-tos.
