1. Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Glow Peel for face and body - I've been seeing these wipes everywhere on blogs and in magazines and I finally decided to get them. They promise to give you a tan, exfoliate and smooth bumps on skin. What's not to love??
2. Ole Henriksen Truth to Go Wipes - These wipes, although pricey for a pack of face wipes, are AMAZING. They have the same serum as #4 and they get every drop of makeup off and make my skin feel so soft. They are particularly incredible when you come back after a night out and washing your face seems like such a chore. These are a staple of my regimen now.
3. Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Mask - When you need a deep clean, this mask does the trick. My skin felt smoother, tighter and softer and although it is pricey at $54, you only need to use it once a week or biweekly. Worth the splurge for those times your skin needs a pick me up.
4. Ole Henrikson Truth Serum - I put this Vitamin C serum on before I moisturize and it helps give my skin a great glow and absorbs the moisturizer better. I've tried out lots of different serums but this one is a keeper. It never irritates my sensitive skin and isn't to heavy/
5. Kate Somerville Detox Clean Cleanser - I adore all of her face washes. They are gentle but really give you a deep clean.
6. Glam Glow Super-Clearing Mud Mask - For when you want to really exfoliate and feel the tingle, this mask is awesome. I recommend getting the sample sized one at Sephora because it is pricey. I love how exfoliated my skin feels after this and it really does an awesome job of clearing up the blackheads on my nose.
7. Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask - This is more of an intensive hydrating lotion rather than a mask but when my skin is especially parched I like to slather this on.
8. Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment - My hair is as dry as can be and with summer's humidity, it's not always looking it's best. I use this more as a regular conditioner than as a once a week thing and my hair has gotten softer and way more manageable.
Finally, I've been dealing with small red bumps on the back of my arms and legs since I was 10 years old and nothing seems to work. I've been to dermatologists and done research online and finally found out that it's called keratosis pilarsis and there isn't a cure but it does affect 50% of people in some way. A Piece of Toast featured an article about how they used the lotion by DermaDoctor and saw great results. I too have seen great results but mainly from the body scrub. Combined with the lotion, my skin feels and looks so much better. There's definitely still redness but this is a huge improvement. Definitelyyy a must have for summer if you are dealing with this. They sell a whole line of products at Sephora.
